END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Introduction
------------------------

The FlamencoPro.com reserves the right to modify and to delete, all or part of the site FlamencoPro.com and this, without notice and without having to previously notify users users of the FlamencoPro.com site. FlamencoPro.com cannot be held responsible against Internet users users or against any third party for any modification of the site FlamencoPro.com.

Acceptance of the General Conditions of use of the site FlamencoPro.com-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Any connection to the site FlamencoPro.com and use of its content is done in the framework of these general conditions of use.

By accessing the FlamencoPro.com site makes any Internet user will have to apply the rules and conditions set out below and accept the terms of use. Any Web user user unwilling to accede to the present General Conditions of use must refrain from using the FlamencoPro.com site.

However, FlamencoPro.com will make its best efforts to transmit, as soon as possible, Services partners and/or third parties concerned, all issues, claims relating to these services users Internet users. So FlamencoPro.com can identify the purpose of their request and the Service partner concerned, Internet users will take care to attach to their application for specific information.

Availability of the Site FlamencoPro.com---------------------------------------------

FlamencoPro.com strives, wherever possible, to maintain accessible permanently the Site FlamencoPro.com and services it offers, but is held in no obligation to do so. - any malicious intervention,

Registration

Access to certain services available on the Site FlamencoPro.com (comments, forums, chats, meetings, contests...) can be conditioned to the user user identification, validation of a registration form and so the use of a specific account (hereinafter: 'Account user Flamenco Pro').

Minors cannot register and create an account user Flamenco Pro only with the consent of the holders of parental authority on said minor. The use of the Flamenco Pro user account by a minor remains under the responsibility of persons holding parental authority over minor said.

On the occasion of the creation of his account user Flamenco Pro, each Web user user must choose a staff as well as a password. In the event of failure on the part of any Internet user to one of its commitments above, FlamencoPro.com may require modification of the e-mail address and/or identifying or remove without notice the account user Flamenco Pro.

Similarly, any Internet user is creating several accounts user Flamenco Pro or which would be erroneous identification data can see all of his accounts user Flamenco Pro cancelled or blocked by FlamencoPro.com.

FlamencoPro.com confirms the registration and the creation of each account user Flamenco Pro by automatically sending a confirmation request to the e-mail address provided in the registration form. The confirmation e-mail message sent by FlamencoPro.com includes a hyperlink on which each user user must click in order to definitively validate his registration and the creation of his account user Flamenco Pro.

FlamencoPro.com cannot be held responsible if the user user data to its inclusion could not reach him or he succeeded partially illegible due to incompatibility or technical failures due in particular to the user user facilities (Server Internet, hardware, software, etc.).

Personal data

With the exception of your personally identifiable information, the information and material submitted to Flamenco Pro will be treated as non-confidential and not protected and Flamenco Pro will be under no obligation to use or evaluate information or material that you have submitted. To transmit to this web site of the information are the subject of a written agreement with Flamenco Pro means that you understand and agree that Flamenco Pro could use them in a goal any without any obligation to you.

Each time you visit this web site, download information, Flamenco Pro is likely to record your visit and your internet address, your domain name (if you have one), the date and time of the visit, the pages which you have accessed, downloaded documents, last visited sites and your browser type.
